Vacation is earned at the following rate:

YEARS OF SERVICE	HOURS PER PAY PERIOD
1-6 YEARS	4 HOURS PER PAY PERIOD
7-14 YEARS	6.15 HOURS PER PAY PERIOD
15+ YEARS	8 HOURS PER PAY PERIOD
*SICK TIME	8 HOURS PER MONTH
