Step Two

Submittal Letter*
Detailed submittal letter explaining how the project enhances and beautifies the community and types of services the project will provide and/or reason for Lot Line Adjustment.
Legal Description*
Legal description of the property; include metes & bounds description to the section line of all adjacent roadways, stamped & signed by a registered professional land surveyor with a calculated closure sheet & map showing the boundaries of the legal description.
Proof of Ownership*
A copy of your deed and Affidavit of Legal Interest for all interested parties. A link to the Affidavit of Legal Interest form can be found at end of application. NOTE: The original Affidavit of Legal Interest(s) must be mailed with payment after receipt of Completeness Letter.
Sketch of Proposed Lot Line Adjustment*
Sketch shall include the following: 1) Current lot size including dimensions, square footage and street frontage. 2) Proposed new location of the lot line and new dimensions, square footage and street frontages. 3) Streets, surrounding land uses, etc. 4) Existing and proposed public improvements including sidewalk, streets, lighting, landscaping, natural features, etc. (if applicable).
