A copy of your deed and Affidavit of Legal Interest for all interested parties. A link to the Affidavit of Legal Interest form can be found at end of application. NOTE: The original Affidavit of Legal Interest(s) must be mailed with payment after receipt of Completeness Letter.
Sketch shall include the following: 1) Current lot size including dimensions, square footage and street frontage. 2) Proposed new location of the lot line and new dimensions, square footage and street frontages. 3) Streets, surrounding land uses, etc. 4) Existing and proposed public improvements including sidewalk, streets, lighting, landscaping, natural features, etc. (if applicable).
