This proposed amendment combines Title 5: Zoning Regulations, and Title 6: Subdivision Regulations, into one "Development Regulations" Title. These proposed amendments can be viewed on the Planning & Zoning Public Outreach page.
An Open House was held April 5th to provide one-on-one time with staff to answer questions; this was solely an informational Open House, no decisions were made. The proposed amendments will proceed through the Public Hearing process, going before both the Commission and Council.
